However, check-in was frustrating due to poor staff communication, and there were maintenance issues in my room that detracted from the experience.

We spent 4 nights here, and honestly, it was solid. The area is super convenient, really close to the 'T', so getting around was easy. The room had a nice sofa bed and was clean with a fridge, which was handy. The breakfast choices were plenty, but be ready for a line! WiFi wasn’t great, though.

my stay at hyatt place was fantastic! the king room was really spacious, especially the sitting area. it had tons of electrical outlets and an excellent refrigerator. I loved the daily breakfast. definitely the best i’ve had at a hotel. also, it’s super convenient, with easy access to logan express and the mbta red line.
