We really enjoyed our visit, especially with our large crew of five teens and two little ones. The hotel has convenient access to Boston area attractions and we loved exploring the nearby Boston Children's Museum—perfect for keeping the younger ones entertained. The rooms were spacious and clean, which was a huge plus for our family.

My kids wished the pool had been open during our stay. It would be great if families had better communication about the amenities accessible during their visit.

my stay at hyatt place was fantastic! the king room was really spacious, especially the sitting area. it had tons of electrical outlets and an excellent refrigerator. I loved the daily breakfast. definitely the best i’ve had at a hotel. also, it’s super convenient, with easy access to logan express and the mbta red line.
